Our Consecrated Life

Our Daily Prayers

The following are the prayers we daily pray together, in common:

In the Morning

The Angelus | Regina Coeli (Prayed in either English, Spanish, Italian or Latin, coral leader’s choice)

Daily Offering:

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world. I offer them for all the intentions of Your sacred Heart: the salvation of souls, reparation for sin, and the reunion of all Christians. I offer them for the intentions of our bishops and of all Apostles of Prayer, and in particular for those recommended by the Holy Father this month. Amen.

(sometimes the coral leader may choose to substitute this offering with another, such as that composed by Saint Therese of the Child Jesus, or that composed by Saint Leonard of Port Maurice)

Through Our Lady of Sorrows:

Father, you willed that Mary be at the foot of the Cross, sharing in the sacrifice of your Son; grant us, through her intercession, to bear within ourselves the image of Christ Crucified and Risen and to spend ourselves with untiring charity, for the good of our brothers and sisters. Through Christ our Lord. Amen

Mary, Mother of charity, at the foot of the Cross, Pray for us.

(During the Easter Season, the above Prayer is substituted by reflecting on one of the Seven Joys of Mary)

Lauds – Following the Ordo of the Diocese of Sacramento

Through Saint Magdalene’s Intercession:
